- 2 Passport Photos
- Photocopy of your Picture Drivers License (Front & Back)
- Proof of Name Change (if any)
- Proof of Departure (airlines ticket or confirmed/paid itinerary)
(2 copies are needed – 1 inside of the package and 1 outside of the package) - Driving Across the Border Letter: If you are driving you will need to write a letter giving details that you plan to drive across the United State border between Mexico and Canada. Use this example in order to compose this letter.
- Copy of Hotel Reservation in Canada or Mexico
- ACE Passport Services Letter of Authorization
